Explore the basics of soldering brass/silver. Students will be walked through techniques but most of the class will be exploratory learning via hands on challenges (project runway style).
This class is ideal for those who like puzzles, design, patterns, and systems. This class is also for those who collect small trinkets or rocks.
Students will learn how to solder metals together using small hand held torches, and how to saw/file metal.
This is an exploratory class, focusing on best practices and technique. Students will walk away with the knowledge they need to work on larger multi-week projects in Hot Connections 2.
